MOH Circular on Amendment of the Healthcare Services (General) Regulations 2021 on Additional Requirement on Medical Certificates

New requirements for issuing medical certificates under the Healthcare Services (General) Regulations 2021. Essential information for healthcare providers on MC documentation standards.

Dear registered dental practitioners

MOH has issued a circular on the amendment to the Healthcare Services (General) Regulations 2021 on additional requirement on medical certificates.

All MCs signed by registered dental practitioners must be accompanied with a name and the issuing dental practitioner’s registration number.

In the event if the MCs are generated electronically where signatures are not required, they must still include the name and the issuing dental practitioner's registration number.
