HCSA Dental Service Consultation Sessions

Information about consultation sessions on Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) for dental services. Learn about upcoming briefings and discussions on new regulatory requirements for dental practices.

The Ministry of Health will be conducting virtual consultations with dental service providers via Zoom on the new Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) requirements. The HCSA replaces the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) for the licensing and regulation of healthcare services.

The objectives of these sessions are to provide information on the new licensing requirements for dental services under the HCSA, and to seek feedback on them. We recommend for existing and potential providers/ licensees of dental service to attend the session, with a maximum of three attendees per licensee.
